At Yoga Reflections, we focus on proper technique and alignment so that each practitioner can truly maximize the benefits of their yoga and/or pilates program. In addition to group yoga and pilates classes, we also offer corporate yoga classes as well as private yoga and private pilates sessions.Our Kids Yoga programs are designed for ages 4 - 7 and ages 8 -12. Our Family Yoga classes are for anyone ages 6 and up, with at least one parent/guardian in attendance with a child from the same household.
