We carry a wide variety of shoes, including MBT, Spira and Aetrex, but most are brands you've never heard of. Most of our shoes are available in up to 7 widths. The orthotics we sell are pre-fabricated, come in 29 sizes and so must be custom fit to the foot. The orthotics provide support for the 4 arches in the foot, aligning feet, ankles, knees hips and back. They also force movement of the plantar surface of the foot, building strength and flexibility in the plantar fascia, and effectively healing plantar fasciitis in a very short time. The most valuable service we provide is one we don't charge for: Education. Most people are wearing the wrong size and/or shape of shoe, don't realize the importance of shoe structure and are amazed at the difference simple changes make.
