Dance is art - Our goal is to teach you that dancing is creating a feeling or telling a story through movement of one's body. Dance is physical - All types of dance are beneficial to one's body and mind, including posture, muscle toning, strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, confidence, poise and mental stimulation. Dance is fun - We hope you will derive as much pleasure and satisfaction from your dancing school year as we will in teaching you.
