Since 2009, we've been the alternative to the big box gyms. We offer a variety of exercise classes that vary from Belly Dancing, Zumba, Kickboxing and Pole Dancing aerobics. With both dance and boot camp based classes, there is something on the schedule for everyone. Our classes are small and will make you feel as though you received a personal training session, yet they're affordable enough to satisfy the most thin wallet.
