The owner has extensive experience in business communications, medical, governmental, retail and technical subjects. Clients served include the City of Rochester, Urban League of Rochester, and many B-2-B and retail customers. The owner frequently conducts communications seminars for small business entrepreneurial groups. The owner also has taught communications courses at RIT since 1987. These courses are currently all Online. Prior to launching QUINNtessence in 1991, the owner worked for 2 large 4A advertising agencies for approximately 13 years.
