SSA has been in business in Atlanta since 1992. Founded by an energetic group of entrepreneurs and housed on Elizabeth Street, the company quickly gained a reputation for fast, efficient and accurate surveys. As one of the first surveying company in Atlanta, we have seen a tremendous change in the real estate market over the past 2 decades. While we all enjoyed the boom years from 1992 to 1998, and 2004 to 2007, it took a strong company to survive the dramatic recession that began in late 2007 and continues to this very day. I am blessed to say that SSA survived the recession by reducing overhead, and reducing the cost of our services. Today, we are poised to ride the recovery and, fortunately, we are beginning to see improvements in 2012.
