We're Professional Home Inspectors and Exterminators We are both fully Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors Licenses # HI-2003 and HI-2004. We are Certified Home Inspectors through the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). It is the only organization that requires it's members to pass a certification exam to become a member. Other organizations allow candidate membership just for paying dues. Not InterNACHI. To be a member of InterNACHI, we had to pass their Home Inspector's Exam, as well as their other requirements for membership. Our Chief Inspector and Owner Michael Green was a founding member and past Chairman of the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors and was the Founder and past President of the Kentucky Real Estate Inspection Association.
