Executive Chef and Owner of The Gourmet Cowboy, Tom McNeill, is true to our company's name-A GOURMET COWBOY. Tom graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and has worked for the Sheraton-New Orleans, the Hyatt Regency-Pittsburgh, and the Westin Hotel-Vail, before starting his own catering company. He has spent the last 13 years in the Colorado high-country developing recipes that cater to casual outings or formal dinners for groups of 15 to 1500. All clients can customize their own menu or pick from a variety of popular standard bill-of-fares. And, Tom has a reputation for having the "most friendly and courteous" staff in the Vail Valley, who love adding those personal touches to each catered affair.
