The owner and head technician is John M Shipley Jr. John is a native of Newark NY, where he attended Newark High School and graduated in 1996. He then achieved an A.A.S from FLCC, with most of his course work in Computer Science. He then attended SUNY Institute of Technology, Utica/Rome where he majored in Telecommunications with an emphasis on data networking. After graduating with his B.S.
