Johnstone Machinery Movers, Inc., has been a family owned and operated business since 1934. Founded by William S. Johnstone, Sr. to assist his brothers in delivering the machinery they sold. After his death, his son, William S. Johnstone, Jr. continued the company until his death in 1989. Today, three of his children, sons, Tom and John, and daughter, Stephanie assume company management. All have worked with their father, and had the benefit of his knowledge and work ethic. It has been a valuable experience to have learned the old ways of moving equipment along with the new.
