Creative Compounds is a pharmacy that specializes in compounded prescription medications custom made for each person's specific needs

Creative Compounds is a compounding-only pharmacy that was started in January of 1998. Our goal is to improve the health of our patients by working with them and their practitioners to come up with custom medications that improve therapeutic outcomes. We custom make the proper dose into a dosage form that is best for each patient. We are the Portland areas only PCAB Accredited pharmacy. Denise Burnham R.Ph, owner of Creative Compounds consults with practitioners to assist with customized dosing for patients needing BHRT. With over 13 years experience, Denise is a valuable resource in the community serving patient consultations and Creative Compounds offers CE classes for practitioners.
