I have always been interested in attaining and maintaining health by supporting the bodies own healing process. I have spent most of my life helping others. So after a change in circumstances, I chose to go to massage therapy School, and found an outlet for my passion. Now, by utilizing techiques I learned in school and through my commitment to continuing my education; I am able to help more people achieve healthier muscular soft tissue. I truly care about my clients and am constantly increasing in my skills and knowledge to provide the best treatment possible to fit their needs. I am easily able to apply deep pressure, but causing pain is not the goal, relief and BALANCE is; I utilize many tricks in my tool box, adding more with each client I treat and each continuing education class
