CPM was established in September, 2013 in Dayton Ohio as a company specializing in the field of Turn-Key Professional Maintenance and environmental and Industrial cleaning. Our mission is to provide professional quality services using our 26 years of experience in decon/demolition (commercial, residential and select). Other services include soil abatement and remediation, certified in mold, lead and asbestos abatement, experienced in ice blasting, certified hood cleaning, confine entry cleaning, bag house cleaning and construction final cleaning. We are experienced in storm water and sanitary line cleaning; 40 hour haz-woper trained; CPM is also experienced in moving, setting and balancing machinery; we also preform turn-key plant shut-down maintenance management services.
