The Project Charter is our first deliverable, is the starting place for a great business relationship, and serves the basis for a performance based contract. This is where we agree on the project scope, objectives, and intermediate goals. It identifies the roles of key stakeholders and establishes their authority. And it authorizes work to begin on the development of the Project Management Plan.
We'll develop a comprehensive PM Plan that addresses the management of scope, requirements, schedule, finances, quality, resources, communications, changes, risks, and procurements. Once approved, it serves as the roadmap to the project's execution, as well as the performance baseline for in-progress reports and auditing.
We will build in the necessary reports, updates, and milestones that give you complete visibility over the project. We don't want you guessing about whether or not you're satsified with our work. Together, we'll define "success" before we begin working and lay out appropriate metrics so that you can track us along the way.
