Our project is designed to offer the benefits of BODY & BREATH AWARENESS along with BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY and STRENGTH to those who are living with or recovering from challenging physical conditions.* Spinal anomalies * knee & shoulder Instability, * Chronic Pain *Multiple Sclerosis * Parkinson's *Pre and Post Surgical Rehabilitation* Arthritis *Cancer We offer several classes a week and private instruction to those who are interested in developing a better quality of life. The class moves very slowly, with plenty breaks for deep breathing and good natured introspection. Students with or without yoga experience are welcome.
