Business descriptionEdit
We do Corporate, church & personal catering and event planning. We specialize in Caribbean foods where we promote our love and cooking of Vegetables

Eating The Vegetable Way is a revolutionary way of cooking Vegetables. We are changing the way you cook and prepare vegetables. When you steam or boil your vegetables most of the nutrients are thrown away with the water. At Eating The Vegetable Way we show you how to cook your vegetables and retain all of its nutritious values. We also do the home work for you in education you on the nutritious value of each Vegetable. Vegetables are in every grocery store but are overlooked because people do not know what to do with them of how valueable they are to your healthy way of living. These recipes are recipes from our culture. We are from Guyana, South America, the only English speaking country neighboring Venezuela, Brazil and Surinam. It's tropical and below sea level. We all grow our vegetables, ochro, eggplant (Boulanga), spinach (callaloo), longbeans (bora), cabbage, squash, Pumpkin, etc and they are our daily staple dishes. We cook vegetables daily in one form or the other and both adults and children eat the same food. There is no distinction and so every child grows up with an appreciation for vegetables. And so the purpose of Eating The Vegetable Way is to change to consitutent of the meals on the table. To include vegetables on each plate and enjoy it at the same time. Vegetables are easy to cook and very delicious. We team up with The Caribbean Legacy Catering Services to cater to clients Events and you can contact us on our website www.caribbeanlegacy.net.
