CC NutriFIT was started by CC (Christine Coen) because she wanted to provide the best kind of support and accountability to her clients. By placing her business online she can reach more people more often. Through Social media and video chats she can motivate her clients and provide info to them 24/7 no matter where they are located! It really allows her to hold her clients accountable throughout the day (instead of a face to face meeting a couple of times a month!). The results have been AMAZING! The nutrition & fitness plans are 4 week programs & are on individual's goals and current fitness level. Specific meals are written out for each day as well as cardio and lifting programs.
