I have been practicing physical therapy since 2001. I have a strong background in orthopedics and spine. While working for Intermountain Healthcare, I developed the pelvic health physical therapy program and supported patients for 4 years in that role. I am a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Orthopedics and Women's Health Section. I have completed two of the pelvic health classes in a series of three for the CAPP specialty certification through the APTA. I am a certified Restorative Exercise Specialist™. I also have a variety of manual based continuing education courses: lower quarter, lumbar/cervical spine, pelvis/SI, soft tissue: connective tissue mobilization, visceral manipulation, myofascial release, strain/counterstrain and craniosacral therapy.
