Its mission is to provide opportunities for youth to develop life skills, form attitudes, practice behavior and acquire knowledge that will enable them to become self-directing and productive members of society. At the Arkansas 4-H Foundation, our job is to ensure that Arkansas youth have access to 4-H programs that allows them to continue to grow, learn and become positive contributors to our communities.At the Arkansas 4-H Foundation we simply believe in making the best better!
