Information Advantage has been providing FARM or property list information to the real estate industry since 1988. Whether title companies needed detailed property information for O&E reports, appraisers needed comparable sale searches, or realtors needed FARM lists, Information Advantage has been there to provide them. Information Advantage was a company born out of necessity. At the time, there were a number of needs in the marketplace that simply weren't being met. Businesses of all types needed easy, economical access to mailing lists. Real estate companies needed a reliable source for determining comparables so that they could accurately price their properties. In-depth information about past sales of commercial and residential properties was difficult, if not impossible to find.
