At Infinity Farm we grow up to 60 varieties of vegetables on 3 of our 9 acres, year-round, including many heirloom varieties. We have another 4 acres under pasture cultivation for our bees. Infinity Farm encourages and supports the conscious practice of sustainable, organic gardening and farming and adheres to permaculture principles. We are active in supporting and building a local food network and participate in various local farmer's markets, local farm-to-table programs and are always happy to offer educational services at your location or ours. We support smaller local, rural markets to form a more complete local food network, helping to reach sustainability in our valley.
