Our primary service is to provide homeowners with a detailed, professional inventory of their possessions and document those items via video, digital photographs as well as a detailed, hard copy list including pertinent information needed in the event of a loss. Industry professionals will express the need for such a list but as reported by various state insurance departments the majority of homeowners do not have this type of documentation. If a loss should occur, these homeowners would be responsible for creating a list from memory in order to document their claim. Our service provides homeowners with an option to obtain this needed documentation by a professional, third party company.
