Our Installation Solutions Group consist of PTS employee professionals and a nationwide network of exede certified dealers and installation companies. Our Installation Solutions Group manages all operational activities in specific territories that include customer support, warehousing, new customer installations, upgrades, customer satisfaction compliance, and service and maintenance. Professional Technical Services (PTS) exists because there is a growing need for high quality home entertainment and high speed internet services. In today’s economy many families are opting to spend their limited available funds for an enhanced home experience instead of other areas such as travel. Today’s consumer is cost and value conscious which makes DirecTV and exede internet an attractive alternative to cable TV give an alternative to traditional internet access methods without the added expense of a land line phone, or cable.
