Specializing in horizontal directional drilling since 1984, J-C General Engineering, Inc. has developed into one of N. Cal's most reliable underground utility contractors. Our company is based out of Rio Vista, CA, where equipment is maintained and modified in a state of the art metal fabrication shop. Owned and operated by John Coughran, J-C General successfully continues to increase in assets to facilitate job variance. Four different sized drill rigs along with the latest locating systems allow J-C General to produce jobs ranging in any size or sedimentary formation up to 4000 ft.
