Patrick D. Celeste created Pat Celeste Blacktopping, he provided the most affordable prices and quality work, and applied sealcoating by hand. He served this area for over 35 years. Patrick D. Celeste, passed away in 1986, leaving the family business to his son. ? Patrick R. Celeste took over the family owned business in spring of 1987, and still gave the most affordable prices and quality work, as his father once did. In 1999, Patrick R. Celeste sustained a back injury which forced Pat Celeste Blacktopping to close. In 2011, Jerry P. Ross , nephew of Patrick R.
