Hello, my name is Scott Wing-Hartlein. I have been installing floor coverings in the Eastern Sierras since 1980 when I started as a helper in the Mammoth Lakes area. I learned the trade from an excellent teacher. In 1990, I received my contractors license (C-15) in California, and later added my Ceramic Tile license (C-54) in 1994.
