Replacement Steps is advanced technology utilized in the renovation or new construction of stairs or exterior stairways for multi-housing projects.
Restore old stairs, or quickly build new self-supporting, ready-to-climb stairs by using relatively light weight, easily handled components that can be put together at the job site without the need to pour concrete, weld parts together, or use a crane. The steps can be cut to length at the site to accommodate new or existing stringers that may have space variances between the stingers due to misaligned building components, setting, warping, and etc. Current standard types of exterior stairs do not hold up well, and have a short life span due to premature failure. Their performance does not justify their cost. This product is virtually impervious to these conditions and maintenance free. The estimated life span is 25+ years.
