Express Permits Company was founded by former Ryan Homes (NVR, Inc.) employee Tabitha M. Todd. Her main job description was preparing and organizing building permits for new and existing developments her company preformed services in. Upon the birth of her first child, her employer presented her with an opportunity to form her own company and provide building permit services within their regional footprint. Since then, Express Permits has blossomed into a company working on different types of projects and providing many services. Steven M. Todd was brought on board in 2009 to assist with daily operations, company structure & client development. A former Executive with major telecommunication firms, his main attributes are communications, marketing and customer satisfaction.
