Our passion is to help the home owner & contractor organize all storage areas in the home & garage. We prefer to work directly with the home owner through the contractor. This frees up the contractor from these details. Home owners typically want more elaborate closets and storage facilities than planned by the architect or contractor & they are willing to pay extra to have them. Contractors can make available the allowances built in for these projects and the home owner pays the difference. This generally results in savings to the home owner as they are not tearing out something pre-constructed and replacing it with a custom project. Example: Wire shelving replaced with wood shelving, closets, pantries, etc. Working directly with HO saves contractors time, effort & frustration.
