About a year later, in 2011 I began looking at my older relatives and realized that if I didn't want to end up like them, I'd better start eating right and exercising, and I have to tell you, I must have tried every protein product out there. It was about this time that I decided that doing exercises cut out of magazines wasn't getting the job done, so I purchased P90X and started doing the routines it offered and eventually settled on 4 that I really liked. Although I was exercising regularly, I didn't feel like I was doing as well as I could be. I then saw Diane Ruggiero say she was going to start a 5-day eating clean eating challenge group, so I joined and I'm glad that I did, because I've learned so much and I am now ready to start helping others have the success that I've had.
