I am a husband, father of of two boys, and a personal trainer. The initial drive for my pursuit in health and wellness started over 18 years ago and has now evolved into a passion. Health and fitness is an everyday occurrence for me and my family. Furthermore, I have been an ISSA certified personal trainer for over 9 years, TRX certified , and have a long history of helping my clients achieve the results they strive for.
