ECCRC (Eastern Cowley County Resource Center) is a 501 (c) (3) since 2003 with a focus on literacy with its largest project being the Lighthouse Library, an ocean-themed library in Dexter, KS with a 25 ft working lighthouse in the courtyard, a huge salt-water aquarium, and a full computer lab. GED Prep Program, Basic Computer Classes, children & youth Friday activities, Robotics, Creative Writing, and others. Large community deck in courtyard.
