The foundation of any sound Security Program is training. Secure-Pro Security Academy recognizes this and is prepared to provide your company with a tailor-made program that specifically addresses its scope of work. Our training program has a specific goal of improving the Security Officer's capabilities, capacity, and performance. We have put together a training team directed by Krista Larmer.Secure-Pro has long-recognized that the goal of training is to increase proficiency and build confidence. This is done in state-sanctioned, certified training centers with veteran training officers and state of the art teaching materials to administer both the Unarmed and Armed Certification Courses.All of our Students will be provided with a clear understanding of what is expected from them and the service levels the industry demands. Customer Service training is emphasized as well as Interpersonal Communications and Report Writing in the course.Secure-Pro Security Academy continues to exceed the state requirements by offering First Aid/ CPR/ AED Training with the cooperation of the American Heart Association (AHA). Secure-Pro continues to offer an industry-leading program of additional training. Much of this curriculum is certified by the Department of Homeland Security or the Federal Emergency Management Agency's "Are you ready?" instruction. Secure-Pro partners with the Professional Security Training Network (PSTN) for curriculum development, and refers to FEMA and OSHA for practice standards.Every facet of our training program will be tailored to consistently deliver first-class security personnel.
