Business I.T. Services Inc (BITS) provides complete on-demand I.T. services for small and medium sized businesses. These businesses currently either do not have their own I.T. department, or have a small I.T. department, where they must contract with multiple vendors to cover the complete spectrum of I.T. services needed. Typically a separate vendor is needed for website design, website development, search engine optimization, custom programming, database programming, telecommunications, Internet Marketing, desktop support, etc. This creates an environment where non-I.T. managers are dedicating a large portion of their valuable time to dealing with I.T. issues as opposed to running their business. As technology requirements change, fast and frequently, this continues to consume more of their time and resources. Business I.T. services Inc, objective is to relieve the burden from the client and be their single point of contact for all their I.T. requirements. BITS provides as many I.T. services as it can in-house. For those occasions where BITS is not able to provide a specialized service, we sub-contract to another vendor. This provides a tremendous service to our clients as they are not left to determine someone qualified to complete the task, in turn allowing them to concentrate on the operations of their own business.
