Zealous Cabling started in 2011, but our experience does not start there. We have been involved in telecommunication and cabling industry since 1992. Our experience comes from many different areas of the telecom industry. it started in the Military, Cable companies, Phone companies, and varies other cabling and telecommunication companies. What that brings is a multi facet experience in each area of telecommunication. We have experience from the provider equipment, local carriers, theDMARC, cabling in your home or business, your equipment or equipment provided to you, and to your phone or PC. We have taken the good things learned over the years, and filtered out the bad. The most important things we learned were: Listen to your needs Ask questions to clarify what you want Explain what we are going to do to meet your needs in a way that you understand Do as we promised to do And do it correctly the first time. As you can see the main thing we learned over the years is Customer Satisfaction and a professional approach. Most companies we have been involved with say customer satisfaction is important, but very few actually take care of this part. What we try to do at Zealous is make sure you are satisfied with the work done, understand what we did and what it means to you.
