INTEGRAL Merchants Group was started in January of 2010 with the idea of weeding out the confusion of payment services for small to mid-sized businesses. As business owners prior to the establishment of INTEGRAL Merchants Group, partners Bruce Vanzo and Chris Akin knew the sea of sharks swimming throughout the business community promising low rates for credit card processing, but never delivering.
