At Bob's processing we do an aray of retail meat packages, as well as custom and wild game processing. Our busy time of year is during the hunting months in which we usually annually do 170 to 200 elk, 100 deer, 100 antelope, 25 buffalo, and a vast majority of the wild game taken here in southern colorado and northern new mexico. We do have connections and take care of the processing needs, and do business with THE BEST outftters and ranch owners in the area. when its not hunting season, we do a lot of retail meat sales, all natural, preservative free beef and pork, as well as taking care of area farmers and ranchers needs with butchering and processing beef, hogs, lambs, goats, bison, etc.
