I have been working as a massage therapist and Holistic Nutritional Counselor since 2002. My mission is to educate clients to their own personal and unique needs, and to reach their own optimum nutritional zone. There is no diet or exercise program that works for everybody. There are a few basic things we all need to function properly. We all need a diet that includes carbohydrates, fats and proteins, sufficient amounts of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber, and adequate water intake. There are so many fad diets on the market today and many products that promise you the perfect body and perfect health, if you are willing to spend the time and money to take them. Unfortunately those products and diets don't work, and do more damage than good, becoming an educated consumer does.
