I teach people how to cope with daily life challenges including stress, pain, anxiety, sadness, anger, with the emphasis on pain elimination.
My areas of expertise are educating my clients how unresolved emotional trauma causes physical pain and disease to evolve. With specific tools, together, we neutralize these painful memories, thoughts, and feelings to allow the body's innate ability to heal it itself naturally without drugs, pills or side effects!! Clients come to me for private one-on-one sessions, or I counsel them over the phone. I enjoy teaching workshops and speaking about the power of their subconscious mind and Emotional Freedom Technique in particular.
