EFT "Emotional Freedom Techniques" is based on the principals of acupuncture "without the needles" that uses the ancient Chinese meridian system to relieve stress and pain. EFT is safe, easy to apply, and non-invasive. EFT belongs to a new class of treatments referred to by some as Energy Psychology.
