At Veda Yoga Therapy and Body Work we help to create balance in the body. Yoga therapy uses nutrition, meditation, yoga postures, breathing techniques, therapeutic massage and herbs support the body in its own healing. Veda Yoga Therapy is owned by Lisa Fecarotta a 250 hr yoga teacher, 350 hr Ayurvedic yoga therapist, level III iRest Yoga Nidra in progress, over 1,000 hrs of body work training, Reiki Master, a certification in Nutrition, Diet and Health from Ashworth College. Lisa has been working and helping people to heal from cancer, depression, metabolic syndrome, anxiety, women wanting to get pregnant, heart disease, IBS to name just a few.
