We have no advertising budget; all of our customers come from direct referrals! With over 36 years of experience (only one guy!) we've seen every possible thing go wrong with computers. You have to think like a computer to successfully work on computers. We never charge for phone consultations (try us out: 239-597-0001). We never charge for estimates. And we never charge if we don't fix it, and that doesn't mean we can't fix it, it means that it isn't worth fixing. We strongly adhere to the policy of "don't exceed the value of the unit to repair it". We also publish a semi-regular e-newletter chock full of tips and hints.
