Now as homeworkers, we have 2 different positions you can choose from.....you would be trained right off the bat to work both positions because the company wants us to be thoroughly trained in all aspects of the business. Then after your training is done you can choose to simply focus on one of the positions, or you can make more money and work both, like most of us do.
**The first position is called the training specialist/ recruiter. If you choose to work this one you will be helping other people to work from home. So you're trained to interview people to see if this opportunity is a good match for them AND to find out if they will be a good fit for our team. With this one you're enrolling other people to work from home, helping them get started with their training,
