We pay all of our Independent Contractors based upon how much time they service the client, it can be per minute or hourly depending on the contract signed with the client. Most clients require you to commit at least 15 to 25 hours a week with some weekend requirements. Please remember you are in charge of your own schedule and can take calls based upon your availability.
