We are a full service residential property maintenance service. Including pest control, landscaping maintenance, replacement and repairs. Tenant move in or out clean up painting and carpet cleaning. 7 day per week handy man service available billed at $49 per hour with no markup on parts or supplies. We work with Real Estate Property Management Companies as well as Owner / Landlords. We have over 165 single family homes monthly service contracts and continue to add more accounts. We also contract with Owner / Landlords of apartment buildings of 40 units or less were paid for service is a better cash flow answer for the owner than hiring a full time maintenance person.Many of our clients are out of state property owners who trust us to provide a one call problem solved responses.
