BlackCell Creations was started 5 years ago with one goal. "To provide the best information on the latest modding technology tools and trends to help customer's make better informed decisions on their computer product purchases". With this in mind, we have provided quality content. Now with the evolution of our first mobile modding retail application in the horizon being developed, this will be our first modding app tool and supply store, along with our two apparel retail stores already open. We are changing how the voice of the computer user and the delivery our content of information is being accessed and transferred. Now more than ever, our content needs to be open to the public. An obsession with hardware modification and design led Tracey Stokes to create two businesses that support the needs of the modding community: BlackCell Creations and Muffin Girl Modders. As Founder and CEO and Owner of these companies, Mr. Stokes strives to make the pursuit of hardware modifying art easier for the men and women who share his obsession. For more than 15 years, Mr. Stokes has been designing and building PCs in the Washington, D.C. area. His talent for learning and mastering multiple operating systems comes from a personal enjoyment of keeping up with the latest advances in technology and served him well when he served as an Senior Hardware & Software IT Technician at the Smithsonian Institution. With BlackCell Creations and Muffin Girl Modders, Mr. Stokes doesn’t want to reinvent the PC or Mac; he does, however, want the technology to be accessible and customized to modders’ unique retail needs and wants. That’s why he invented an App that savvy modders can use to connect to one another to exchange design ideas, buy parts, and trade with other users. Stokes’s dynamic and customer-oriented approach to service ensures a happy, confident and empowered clientele. As BlackCell Creations and Muffin Girl Modders grow, Mr. Stokes aims to give back to his community by starting a program for DMV area youth interested in computer modification and design, and also supporting the ASL Community at large.
