I have been active in the building and construction fields for over thirty years. I have been a user of Chief Architect™ software since 1995 serving as a Beta Tester of Versions 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, X1 (11), X2 (12), X3 (13) and X4 (14). I represented ART Inc. (Chief Architect Inc used to be known as "Advanced Relational Technologies" until a few years ago when they changed the name to its present one) along with Carey Stanly Architect and Craig Meyer AIBD in the AEC CADD Shoot-out in 1999 in Washington D.C. ( a live contest of CAD software and its users during a finite period of time) In the 70's I worked for the largest property management company in Texas running a division that provided the full range of building, construction and remodeling services for investment properites.
