We specialize in residential custom homes, additions & remodeling at a very reasonable price. Charge by the square feet with all the changes you want, it will not raise the price. Believe me, I was a contractor for 15 (+) years and it is much cheaper to make your changes in the drawing phase then when actually building. If you see plans on the net you may like, I can usually meet there price with the changes you would want as well as draw it to meet our aggressive wind codes here on the coast. You can live next door or hundreds of miles away and with all the new marvels the computer gives, not a problem. I have drawn houses for folks and never had the pleasure of meeting them face to face. All I ask is for a chance and I feel we can work something out.
