Senyb Engineering Services, pronounced Senibe, started in 2007 with only two clients. Over the past two years our business clientele has grown exponentially each year due to "word of mouth" marketing. We value our clients because without them we have no business. We currently have approximately 45 clients throughout the state of Florida, and we are expecting to increase that number in the upcoming year. Our business model initially consisted of providing structural engineering for residential construction, but during this year we have seen a marginal increase in requests for structural engineering for commercial construction. We have modified our business model and plan to focus on residential and commercial construction in the upcoming year.
