I am a novelist and my specialty is for children 9 through 13.
In 1999 I had a major stroke and wasn't expected to live. But, after seven years to recuperate, the doctor's mouths are left hanging open. Believe it or not, I can no longer get my handicap sticker renewed! All that is great but since I can't work, I had to determine what I'd do with myself all day. Then it came to me. My B.A. is in Art and my minor is English. I bought a new PC and have been playing the alphabet like a symphony every since. The novels I have written (Amazon.com) are tales of encouragement during difficult times but victory wins each time. The stories (AROUND THERE ON SOUTH FOURTH STREET and JAMOON WINE...THE ADVENTURE CONTINUES), are fast reading and wonderfully entertaining. Adults won't be able to put the books down either.
